射干麻黄汤用于支气管哮喘老年人的疗效

Efficacy of Shegan Mahuang Decoction in elderly patients with bronchial asthma

目的探讨射干麻黄汤辅助西药用于支气管哮喘老年人的疗效。方法选择本院100 例2017 年1 月—2018 年12 月支气管哮喘老年人患者。随机分组,对照组采取西药治疗,观察组则采取西药+射干麻黄汤治疗。比较两组支气管哮喘老年人控制率;支气管哮喘症状控制的时间、胸闷症状缓解的时间、住院日数;治疗前后患者外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平、一秒呼气肺容积和最大呼气流量。结果观察组支气管哮喘老年人控制率、支气管哮喘症状控制的时间、胸闷症状缓解的时间、住院日数、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平、一秒呼气肺容积和最大呼气流量相比较对照组更好,P < 0.05。结论西药+射干麻黄汤治疗支气管哮喘老年人效果好。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shegan Mahuang Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 100 elderly patients with bronchial asthma from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in our hospital. Randomly grouped, the control group was treated with western medicine, and the observation group was treated with western medicine + Shegan Mahuang Decoction. The control rate of bronchial asthma in the two groups was compared;the time of bronchial asthma control, the time of chest tightness relief, the number of hospitalization days;the peripheral blood eosinophil (EOS) level, 1 second expiratory lung volume and maximum exhalation before and after treatment flow. Results The control rate of bronchial asthma in the elderly, the time of bronchial asthma control, the time to relieve chest tightness symptoms, the number of hospitalization days, the peripheral blood eosinophil (EOS) level, the 1 second expiratory lung volume, and the maximum expiratory flow Comparison of the control group was better, P < 0.05. Conclusion Western medicine + Shegan Mahuang Decoction is effective in treating bronchial asthma in the elderly.
