全方位护理干预对皮肤激光美容的临床价值

Clinical Value of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Skin Laser Cosmetology

目的探讨全方位护理干预对皮肤激光美容的改善效果、对患者心理状态的改善以及复发率的影响。方法纳入本院于2017 年4 月—2018 年5 月就诊的皮肤激光美容患者86 例,以随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各为43 例。对照组行基础护理指导,观察组行全方位护理干预,对比两组护理后的SDS、SAS 评分改善情况、结痂等时间以及复发率和色素沉着率。结果两组SDS 以及SAS 评分对比,护理前差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),护理后观察组上述评分(30.11±4.35)分、(31.20±2.24)分,改善程度优于对照组的(47.09±4.39)分、(46.70±3.39)分,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05);对照组结痂用时(15.72±2.11)d、创口恢复时间(17.13±2.26)d、结痂脱落时间(14.74±1.63)d,长于观察组的(6.51±1.03)d、(6.70±1.25)d、(5.21±1.34)d,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);对照组皮损复发率30.23%、色素沉着率23.26%,高于观察组的11.63%以及6.98%,两组比较差异性有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论全方位护理模式应用于皮肤激光美容手术患者中,能够有效改善患者的心理状态,降低复发率,提升患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on skin laser cosmetology, the improvement of patients'psychological state and the recurrence rate. Methods 86 cases of skin laser cosmetology patients were enrolled in our hospital from April 2017 to May 2018. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The control group received basic nursing guidance, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The improvement of SDS and SAS scores, scab formation time, recurrence rate and pigmentation rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the above scores in the observation group was (30.11±4.35) points and (31.20±2.24) points, in the control group was (47.09±4.39) points and (46.70±3.39) points, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05);the time of scab formation in the control group was (15.72±2.11) d, and the time of wound recovery was (17.13±2.26) d, the time of scab shed was (14.74±1.63) d, which were longer than (6.51±1.03)d,(6.70±1.25)d,(5.21±1.34) in observation group. The recurrence rate of skin lesions in the control group was 30.23%, the pigmentation rate was 23.26%, which was higher than that in the observation group (11.63% and 6.98%, respectively). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing mode in patients undergoing skin laser cosmetic surgery can effectively improve the psychological state of patients, reduce the recurrence rate and improve patient satisfaction.
