优质护理在静脉输液中预防静脉炎的效果探讨

The Effect of High Quality Nursing on Preventing Phlebitis in Intravenous Infusion

目的探讨优质护理在静脉输液所致静脉炎的预防中的效果。方法随机选取2017 年10 月—2018 年10 月本院门诊输液室收治的患者60 例为对象进行研究,将其随机分为两组,各30 例。给予对照组常规护理,在此基础上给予观察组优质护理。比较两组静脉炎发生情况、预防静脉炎知识掌握情况以及满意度评分。结果在静脉炎发生率上,观察组为6.67%,较对照组(26.67%)低,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。在预防静脉炎知识掌握度上,观察组为96.67%,较对照组(80.00%)高,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。在满意度评分上,观察组在服务态度、改良输液工具、护理技术、健康教育、治疗环境等评分较对照组均高,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论在静脉输液期间对患者加强优质护理的效果显著,既可有效预防和减少患者静脉炎,还能提升其满意度以及预防静脉炎知识的掌握度,从而保证其输液安全。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing in the prevention of phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion. Methods 60 patients with intravenous infusion admitted to infusion room of the hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and on this basis, the observation group was given high quality nursing. The incidence of phlebitis, knowledge of prevention of phlebitis and satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of phlebitis was 6.67% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 26.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. The master degree of prevention of phlebitis knowledge in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. The satisfaction score of the observation group's service attitude, improved infusion tools, nursing technology, health education, treatment environment were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there was statistically significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion The effect of strengthening high quality nursing during intravenous infusion is very significant, which can effectively prevent and reduce phlebitis in patients, and improve their satisfaction and knowledge of preventing phlebitis, thus ensuring the safety of infusion.
