Analysis of Factors Influencing Sleep Quality in Patients with Heart Failure

目的:调查老年心力衰竭患者抑郁评分和睡眠质量评分,探讨老年心力衰竭患者睡眠质量的治疗提供科学依据。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年5月蚌埠市第三人民医院心脏内科收治的心力衰竭患者80例作为研究对象,应用SFGDS抑郁评分表以及Pittsburgh睡眠质量评分表(PSQI量表),对心力衰竭患者的抑郁情况和睡眠质量进行调查。并采用多因素回归分析方法调查了影响睡眠的相关因素。结果:调查显示,45. 0%的患者存在抑郁情绪,80. 0%的患者睡眠质量较差,多因素回归分析表明,睡眠质量差、心功能分级≥Ⅲ级、抑郁情绪或应用利尿剂均与心力衰竭呈显著相关。结论:心力衰竭患者睡眠质量普遍较差,发生抑郁的几率较高;心功能差、抑郁情绪或应用利尿剂均会对心力衰竭患者睡眠质量产生影响。

Objective: To investigate the factors affecting sleep quality in patients with heart failure and to explore the effective methods to relieve sleep in patients with heart failure. Methods: Using the SF-GDS Depression Scale and Pittsburg Sleep Quality Scale,80 patients with heart failure who were treated by cardiac surgery in Bengbu Third People′s Hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected for the study.Statistics and analysis on factors affecting sleep quality in patients with heart failure. Results: According to the survey:45.0 % of patients were depressed and 80.0 % of patients had poor sleep quality.Multifactor regression analysis showed that poor sleep quality was significantly related to heart failure in patients with grade ≥ III,depression,or diuretics. Conclusion: Patients with heart failure generally had poor sleep quality and had a higher risk of depression.Poor cardiac function,depression,or the use of diuretics can have an impact on sleep quality in patients with heart failure.
