功能性消化不良与睡眠障碍的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Functional Dyspepsia and Sleep Disturbance

目的:研究功能性消化不良与睡眠障碍的相关性。方法:选取2016年10月至2018年10月福建厦门大学附属第一医院思明分院收治的功能性消化不良患者64例作为观察组,选取本院同期接受的健康体检者64例作为对照组,均行匹茨堡睡眠指数量表、焦虑量表调查,并进行比较。将观察组随机分组联合观察组(伊托必利+艾司唑仑)和单纯观察组(伊托必利),每组32例,比较2组患者症状改善效果。结果:观察组PSQI调查结果各项目及总分与对照组比较均具有统计学意义,P <0. 05;联合观察组治疗有效率96. 88%显著高于对照组78. 13%(P <0. 05)。结论:功能性消化不良患者常伴随睡眠障碍情况,改善睡眠治疗后,功能性消化不良明显改善,故治疗功能性消化不良的同时,改善睡眠有利于提高疗效,改善患者生命质量。

Objective: To study the correlation between functional dyspepsia and sleep disorders. Methods: From October 2016 to October 2018,64 cases of functional dyspepsia patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 64 cases of healthy subjects admitted to our hospital were selected as the control group.All patients were investigated by the Pittsburgh sleep index scale and anxiety scale and compared.The observation group was randomly divided into the combined treatment group(itopride + esazolam)and the simple treatment group(itopride),with 32 cases in each group. Results: All items and total scores of PSQI in the observation group were statistically significant compared with those in the control group( P <0.05).The effective rate of 96.88% in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.13%), P <0.05. Conclusion: Patients with functional dyspepsia are often accompanied by sleep disorders.After improved sleep therapy,functional dyspepsia is significantly improved.Therefore,improving sleep is conducive to improving curative effect and patients′ quality of life while treating functional dyspepsia.
