护理干预对围绝经期妇女睡眠及生命质量影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Sleep and Quality of Life of Perimenopausal Women

目的:探讨护理干预对围绝经期女患者的睡眠质量及生活状况质量的影响。方法:选取2016年9月至2017年9月在重庆市垫江县中医院妇产科治疗的围绝经期失眠患者56例作为研究对象,采用随机双盲法分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。观察组实施个体化护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预。比较2组护理干预前后睡眠障碍评分和SDS评分,SAS评分生命质量评分。结果:观察组护理干预后睡眠障碍评分SDS评分,SAS评分和生命质量评分改善幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);睡眠恢复正常时间和治疗总时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗总有效率和对护理模式的满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);结论:围绝经期失眠患者在治疗期间接受个体化护理干预,可改善患者的睡眠和生命质量、减少患者焦虑感、抑郁感和患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention on sleep quality and quality of life of perimenopausal women. Methods: A Total of 56 cases of perimenopausal insomnia treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,28 cases in each group.The observation group was given individualized nursing intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing intervention.Sleep disorder score and SDS score,SAS score and quality of life score before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: SDS score,SAS score and quality of life score of observation group after nursing intervention were higher than those of control group,with significant difference( P <0.05);the total time of restoring normal sleep and treatment was shorter than that of control group,with significant difference( P <0.05);the total effective rate of treatment and nursing mode. Conclusion: Individualized nursing intervention during treatment can improve sleep and quality of life of patients with perimenopausal insomnia,reduce anxiety,depression and patients′satisfaction with nursing services.
