睡眠剥夺护理干预措施在心内科重症监护室患者中应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Sleep Deprivation Nursing Intervention in Patients in Cardiology Intensive Care Unit

目的:研究睡眠剥夺护理干预措施在心内科重症监护室患者中应用效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年5月期间福建省立医院心内科重症监护室治疗的患者64例作为研究对象,在不同疾病的基础治疗前提下进行相应的护理工作。随机分成观察组和对照组,每组32例。观察组进行睡眠剥夺护理干预,对照组进行常规护理。比较2组患者的护理满意度以及睡眠质量评分。结果:观察组的护理满意度为93. 75%,高于对照组的56. 25%(P <0. 05)。观察组在入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠障碍等方面的睡眠质量评分均要低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:睡眠剥夺护理干预措施在心内科重症监护室患者中应用效果显示能够提高患者的护理满意度,睡眠质量评分也会明显下降,可以进一步研究。

Objective: To study the effect of sleep deprivation nursing interventions in patients in cardiology intensive care unit. Methods: Sixty-four patients in the intensive care unit of the cardiology department were selected in our hospital,and the corresponding nursing work was carried out under the premise of basic treatment of different diseases.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,the observation group was subjected to sleep deprivation nursing intervention,and the control group was subjected to routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction and sleep quality scores of the two groups were compared. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than that of the control group(56.25%, P <0.05.The observation group had lower sleep quality scores in terms of sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep time,sleep quality,sleep disorder,etc.In the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: The application of sleep deprivation nursing interventions in the intensive care unit of the cardiology department can improve the patient′s satisfaction with the nursing,and the sleep quality score will also be significantly reduced,which can be further studied.
