5-FU联合奥沙利铂方案配合综合护理应用于晚期转移性小肠癌的疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of 5-fu Combined with Oxaliplatin Combined with Comprehensive Nursing on Advanced Metastatic Small Bowel Cancer and its Effect on Patients’ Sleep Quality

目的:探讨5-FU联合奥沙利铂方案治疗配合综合护理在晚期转移性小肠癌中的效果。方法:选取2018年7月至2019年6月来雷州仁康医院接受治疗的晚期转移性小肠癌患者88例作为研究对象,按照患者的病床号码将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对2组患者晚期转移性小肠癌患者分别给予常规护理和综合性护理。结果:观察组对疾病控制的有效率为72. 73%,整体上病情比对照组控制地更好(P <0. 05);观察组护理后的睡眠质量、入睡时间和睡眠时间得分分别为(1. 34±0. 27)分、(1. 41±0. 30)分和(1. 18±0. 29)分,均明显比对照组的得分低(P <0. 05)。结论:5-FU联合奥沙利铂方案治疗配合综合护理应用于晚期转移性小肠癌疗效好,可改善睡眠质量。

Objective: To explore the effect of 5-fu combined oxaliplatin regimen combined with comprehensive nursing in advanced metastatic small bowel cancer. Methods: Eighty-eight patients with advanced metastatic small bowel cancer who were treated at Leikang Renkang Hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the patient's bed number, with 44 cases in each group.Two groups of patients with advanced metastatic small bowel cancer were given routine nursing care and comprehensive nursing care. Results: The effective rate of disease control in the comprehensive group was 72.73%,which was better than that in the conventional group( P <0.05).The scores of sleep quality,fall asleep time and sleep time in the comprehensive group were(1.34±0.27),(1.41±0.30)and(1.18±0.29),which were significantly lower than those in the conventional group( P <0.05). Conclusion: 5-fu combined with oxaliplatin combined with comprehensive nursing has a good effect on advanced metastatic small bowel cancer and can improve sleep quality.
