PDCA护理模式对于普外科手术患者术前睡眠质量的影响观察研究

Observation and Study on the Effect of PDCA Nursing Model on Preoperative Sleep Quality of Patients Undergoing General Surgery

目的:分析普外科手术患者应用PDCA护理模式对其术前睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年1月兰州大学第一医院普外科收治的手术患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组应用PDCA护理模式,比较2组患者干预后的睡眠质量及心理状况改善情况。结果:观察组干预后SAS评分为(37. 9±2. 9)分,SDS评分为(38. 2±3. 7)分,与对照组各评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组干预后PSQI总分为(7. 85±0. 27)分,显著低于对照组的(10. 26±0. 35)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组与对照组护理满意度分别为96. 0%和78. 0%,与观察组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:PDCA护理模式应用于普外科手术患者,能够有效减轻患者负性情绪,改善患者术前睡眠质量,提升患者满意度。

Objective: To analyze the effect of PDCA nursing mode on preoperative sleep quality of patients undergoing general surgery. Methods: From January 2017 to January 2019,100 surgical patients were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given PDCA nursing mode.The sleep quality and psychological status of the two groups were compared after the intervention. Results: After intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were(37.9±2.9)and(38.2±3.7),respectively,which were significantly different from those of the control group( P < 0.05).The total score of PSQI in the study group was(7.85±0.27),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(10.26±0.35).The nursing satisfaction of the study group and the control group were 96.0% and 78.0%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the study group( P <0.05). Conclusion: PDCA nursing The application of the model in general surgery can effectively reduce the negative emotion of patients,improve the quality of sleep before operation,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
