氨磺必利联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Ampritrime Combined with Olanzapine on Sleep Quality in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探讨氨磺必利联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月广东省第三荣军医院收治的精神分裂症患者64例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组32例,对照组给予奥氮平治疗,观察组加用氨磺必利治疗,比较2组疗效。结果:对照组的疗效低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后2组的精神分裂症状评分和睡眠质量评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的以上评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:精神分裂症采用氨磺必利+奥氮平治疗有显著疗效,能够提高患者的睡眠质量,有积极推广的意义。

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of amisulfapride combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia and its effect on sleep quality. Methods: A total of 64 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into control group and observation group randomly,32 cases in each group.The control group were treated with olanzapine,while the observation group were treated with amisulpride.The effect of two groups were compared. Results: The curative effect of the control group was lower than that of the observation group( P <0.05).After treatment,the scores of schizophrenia symptoms and sleep quality in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of schizophrenia with amisulfapride and olanzapine has a significant effect,as well as can improve the sleep quality of patients,and has a positive significance of promotion.
