妇产科住院医师医患沟通能力的调查与思考 被引量:5

摘要 目的调查东南大学附属中大医院妇产科住院医师的医患沟通现状并进行分析。方法采取问卷的形式对东南大学附属中大医院妇产科42名住院医师进行医患沟通认知、内容等方面的调查。共发放问卷45份,收回有效问卷42份(有效率93.3%)。结果90.5%的医师使用姓名或根据年龄称呼患者,45.2%的医师与患者交谈时,经常有眼神沟通,54.8%的医师会听完患者的说话内容,再发表自己的意见;35.7%的医师了解患者出院后的生活质量,患者或家属提出不合理要求时,83.3%的医师会耐心解释,88.1%的医师会单独问诊以保护患者隐私;83.3%的医师认为医患沟通非常重要,影响医患沟通的原因包括医师太忙没有时间与患者沟通(61.9%),患者专业知识有限,听不懂(57.1%),缺乏耐心(35.7%),不自觉地使用专业术语(21.4%),47.6%的医师在工作中能做到人文关怀。结论妇产科住院医师医患沟通能力存在差异,需要进行相关的医患沟通能力的培训和提升。 Objective This study aimed to explore and analyze the residents' abilities of doctor-patient communication in Department of Obstetric & Gynecology in Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University.Methods 42 residents of the obstetrics and gynecology department were investigated for the abilities of doctor-patient communication with the questionnaires.A total of 45 questionnaires were distributed and 42 valid questionnaires were retracted (effective rate 93.3%).Results 90.5% of the doctors called the patients with their names or based on their ages.45.2% of the doctors often have eye contact when talking with the patients,54.8% of the residents would listen to the patients' speech and then give their opinions;35.7% of the doctors knew the patient's life qualities after leaving the hospital.. When patients or their families make unreasonable requests,83.3% would explain patiently,88.1% of them could protect patients' privacy;83.3% of residents believed that doctor-patient communication is very important.Many factors can affect doctor - patient communications,including doctors being too busy to communicate with patients (61.9%),limitation of professional knowledge,being incomprehensible (57.1%),lack of patience (35.7%) and too much usage of terminology (21.4%).47.6% of residents could achieve humanistic care in their work.Conclusions There were differences in the communication skills between different residents of obstetrics and gynecology,and it is necessary to carry out training and promote relevant doctor - patient communication skills.
