2018年住院医师规范化培训基地自我评估偏差程度的回顾性分析

A retrospective analysis of the self-assessment deviation degrees in standardized residency training bases in 2018

目的了解培训基地及其专业基地自我评价客观程度。方法选取2018年接受国家综合评估(第三批、第四批、第五批)的培训基地及其专业基地共184个合格对象进行研究,分析各评估对象自我评价分值与国家综合评估分值之间的差距。结果75%的被评估对象都存在自我评价过高的现象,在本轮国家综合评估中被认定不合格的评估对象其自我评估过高现象更为明显,国家级示范基地也存在此种现象。结论国家层面应强化指标解读,提高基地自评认识,帮助基地正确、客观认识自身住培工作水平。

Objective This article aimed to understand the objective degree of self-assessment in standardized residency training bases and their professional bases.Methods A total of 184 training bases and professional bases that received national comprehensive assessment(third batch,fourth batch,fifth batch) in 2018 were selected for research,and the gaps between the self-assessment scores of each assessed object and the national comprehensive assessment scores were analyzed.Results 75% of the assessed bases had higher self-assessment,and the phenomenon of high self-assessment was more obvious for the assessed objects which were not qualified in this round of national comprehensive assessment,and it also existed in national demonstration bases.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the interpretation of the assessment indicators in the national level,improve the understanding of the self-assessment,and help the training bases to correctly and objectively understand its own training level.
