临床适宜技术在住院医师规范化培训中应用的效果评价

Evaluations of the effect for appropriate clinical techniques in standardized residency training

目的分析在住院医师规范化培训中开展临床适宜技术-腰椎穿刺技术及神经系统体格检查培训的效果。方法选取新疆维吾尔自治区库尔勒市巴州人民医院2017级全部住院医师规范化培训学员76人,对其进行腰椎穿刺技术和神经系统查体技术的理论和操作培训,分别于培训前后对其理论知识掌握情况及操作技能正确度、熟练度等进行考核,了解学员培训后理论及操作成绩是否提高。结果学员腰椎穿刺技术及神经系统体格检查的理论及操作成绩得到显著提高(P<0.01);本次研究通过对培训后学员进行满意度调查发现,学员对此次培训满意度较高。结论在住院医师规范化培训中开展临床技术的培训,能够提高培训人员理论知识掌握及操作的正确度及熟练度,而且能使临床操作趋于标准化、一致化;通过满意度调查发现,学员对此次培训方式、培训内容、培训实用性等满意度较高,以后可在住院医师培训及基层医院中多开展类似的培训。

Objective This article aimed to analyze the effect of operational skill training of lumbar puncture and nervous system physical examination in standardized residency training.Methods All 76 residents were included in the standardized residency training program of 2017 of Bazhou People's Hospital,Kurla City,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.They were trained in theories and operational skills of lumbar puncture and nervous system examination.Their theoretical knowledge,correctness and proficiency of operation skills were assessed before and after the training,to evaluate whether their performance had improved after the training. Results The theoretical and operational skills for lumbar puncture and nervous system physical examination of residents were significantly improved (P < 0.01).Through the satisfaction survey of residents after training,it was found that residents were highly approved for this training.Conclusion The training of clinical skills in standardized residency training programs can improve the correctness and proficiency of the trainees' theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and make the clinical operations standardized and consistent.The satisfaction survey showed that residents were satisfied with such training methods,training contents and training practicability,which is worth further promotion in the future and being carried out in the training of doctors in training hospitals and in grass-roots hospitals.
