提升住院医师临床思维能力的探索与实践

晋城市人民医院自开展住院医师规范化培训(住培)工作以来,在提升住院医师的临床思维能力方面高度重视,不断探索。良好的临床思维能力是住院医师必须具备的基本素质,培养其临床思维,不仅是培养高等医学人才的需要,也是提高医疗卫生服务质量的需要。通过研究本院在带教老师的培训、入科教育、轮转计划中渗透的临床思维能力培养的理念,搭建了传统考核与DXR临床系统考核相结合的评价体系,为提升住院医师的临床思维能力提供借鉴和参考。

Since the Jincheng People's Hospital started their standardized residency training programs,we have highly valued the importance of improving the clinical thinking abilities of residents and have been continuously exploring on this field.Through the study of the residential education system,optimizing the teaching staff,implementing a rigorous education and rotation training program,an evaluation system combining traditional assessment and DXR clinical system assessment was established,and hoped to offer reference for improving the clinical thinking abilities of residents.
