中医住院医师规范化培训标准教学查房视频的研究与应用

Researches and applications of teaching round videos of standardized residency training for Traditional Chinese Medicine

教学查房是很重要的临床教学活动,是培养实习医师、住院医师甚至各级医师临床能力的重要手段之一。本研究采用视频录制方法,依据《福建省中医住院医师规范化培训标准(试行)》要求,研究录制中医住院医师规范化培训标准化教学查房视频。将教学查房流程与规范直观化展现,并将其应用于中医住院医师规范化培训临床教学,让临床带教老师直观而系统地了解教学查房的形式和标准流程,明确教学查房的实施目的与内涵,统一教学要求。在应用中,教学效果初见成效,远期可预见中医住院医师规范化培训临床教学质量的逐步改善。

Teaching rounds are the most basic and important clinical teaching activities.They are one of the important means to cultivate the clinical abilities of interns,residents and even doctors at all levels.According to the requirements of Fujian Standardized Residency Training Standards of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Trial Implementation),we applied video recording method in this study to record the videos of standardized teaching rounds for residency training of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).The process and standardization of teaching rounds were visualized,and applied to clinical teaching of TCM standardized residency training,so as to make clinical teaching intuitive and systematic.The forms and standard process of learning ward rounds,the purposes and connotations of teaching ward rounds,the unifications of teaching requirements,the improvement of teaching effect in the initial applications,and the gradual improvement of clinical teaching qualities of standardized residency training of Chinese medicine can be foreseen in the long run.
