Exploration on supervision work of the residency training based on the monthly self-examination in the professional training bases

目的通过探索构建住院医师规范化培训(住培)督导模式,提高住院医师规范化培训质量。方法将院级督导与专业基地督导有机结合,形成了专业基地自查月的督导模式。结果2018年首次参加结业考试通过率较往年提高4.4%,临床教师获得校外荣誉有所增加。结论专业基地自查月制度的施行有利于促进住院医师规范化培训的有效实施,不断提高住院医师规范化培训的质量,实现临床与教学工作的双赢。

Objective This article aimed to promote and improve the quality of standardized residency training.Methods With combination of the hospital supervision and the monthly self-examination,a complete set of supervision mode was constructed.Results The passing rate of residents in training-final examination of 2018 was 4.4%higher than the previous years,and external honors for clinical teachers have improved.Conclusion Hospital level supervision and professional base supervision are the important part of the residency training management.It is also a good chance to make the clinical work and the teaching work a double-win.
