摘要
目的评价基于多学科联合诊疗(Multidisciplinary Teams,MDT)的教学模式在消化科住院医师教学中的应用。方法建立以MDT结合传统临床教学的教学模式,选择2016至2018年在复旦大学附属中山医院消化科进行住院医师规范化培训且参加肝硬化门脉高压MDT的住院医师为研究对象,共有66名。以问卷调查的方式进行评价,包括教学模式、学习兴趣、临床思维和知识的系统化4个方面。结果其中内科规范化培训医师36名(54.5%)。87.9%的住院医师对MDT的教学模式满意,84.8%认为该模式能激发学习兴趣,98.4%认为其有助于临床思维的培养,93.9%在参加MDT教学后可系统化掌握相关知识。结论MDT教学模式接受度和认可度较高,有利于提高住院医师的学习兴趣,提高多学科思维能力。
Objective This article aimed to evaluate the effect of applicating the multidisciplinary teams-based teaching mode in the residents training of the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.Methods A teaching mode combined multi-disciplinary teams diagnosis and treatment with the traditional clinical teaching was established.The study involved residents who participated in the portal hypertension MDT in the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology from 2016 to 2018.The evaluation was conducted by questionnaires,including four aspects of teaching mode,learning interests,clinical thinking and systematized knowledge.Results A total of 66 residents have participated in the study,36(54.5%)of which were residents from the internal medicine department.87.9%of the residents were satisfied with the MDT teaching model,84.8%of them thought that this mode could stimulate their interests in learning,and 98.4%of them thought it contributed to the cultivation of their clinical thinking,93.9%of them systematically mastered relevant knowledge after attending MDT teaching activities.Conclusion The acceptance and recognition for MDT teaching mode is relatively high in resident training.MDT teaching improved residents’learning interests and their the multi-disciplinary thinking abilities,which is worth further promotion and implementation.
