摘要
随着住院医师规范化培训(住培)的逐步推进,住培工作也逐渐制度化、规范化。宁波市第一医院急诊住培基地根据基地及学员情况,提出了“带、督、独”三字分层教学方针。除进行有特色的入科教育、教学查房、小讲课、疑难病例讨论外,还同时开展了模拟病例、门诊教学等其他教学活动,丰富的教学活动提高了住培学员的参与性及积极性,使他们由被动接受到主动学习知识,提高了住培学员的岗位胜任力。目前存在的最大问题是带教老师的教学意识有待提高,教学能力偏低,带教水平参差不齐,学员的主观能动性仍偏低。我们拟通过不断的培训来提高师资的带教意识及带教水平,通过各种灵活的教学方式及优质的教学内容不断提高学员的积极性。
With gradual advancement of standardized residency training programs,residency training work followed has been institutionalized and standardized.According to current situations of the training base and trainees in Ningbo No.1 Hospital Emergency Department,The three-dimensional hierarchical training policy of“Teaching,Supervision and Independence”has been put forward.In addition to traditional inductive education,teaching rounds,small lectures and intractable cases discussion,other teaching activities included simulated cases and outpatient teaching are also carried out.The abundant teaching activities have improved the participation rates and enthusiasm of residents,made the residents’learning model change from passive acceptance to active engagement,and improved their post competency.At present,the major problem is that doctors,with relative poor teaching abilities and various teaching levels,lack of consciousness for engaging in the teaching activities,and residents’subjective initiatives are considerably low.We intend to improve the teaching consciousness and the teaching levels of clinical doctors by continuous training,and constantly improve residents’participation and learning enthusiasms through various flexible teaching methods and teaching contents with good quality.
