浅谈临床技能中心管理人员在模拟医学教育中的作用

Discussion on the role of clinical skill training center managers in simulation-based medical education

模拟医学教育是医学理论和临床实践之间的桥梁,是近几年医学教育的热点,有其特有的优势。如何利用临床技能中心的硬件优势,更好地开展模拟教学工作,将这一有效的教学手段更广泛地应用于住院医师规范化培训的带教过程以及医护人员的毕业后培训过程,是临床技能中心管理人员需要思考的问题。本文结合南京市第一医院的实际工作经验,详细阐述了临床技能中心管理人员在模拟医学教育中可以发挥的作用,从资源整合、组织引导、支撑服务等3个方面着手,推动模拟教学的发展,使其更好地服务于教学医院的医学教育工作。

Simulation-based medical education(SBME)serves as a bridge between medical theories and clinical practice.Due to its advantages,it has become a hot-point in medical education in recent years.How to make use of the hardware advantages of clinical skill center to carry out simulation teaching better,and how to apply this effective teaching method in the process of standardized residency training,and in the post-graduation training of medical staff of our hospital,are problems that need to be considered by the management staff of clinical skill center.This paper combined the practical experience of Nanjing First Hospital,and expounded on the roles that clinical skills center managers can play in the SBME in three aspects of resources integration,organization and guidance,and support services.It is hoped that this article could promote the development of SBME and make medical education better in the training hospitals.
