摘要
This study was to evaluate the efficacy of methanotic extract of G. superba L in combination with Ftuconazote against biofitm development and mature biofitms of C. atbicans. Synergism between MEGS and Ftuconazote combination against biofitm formation was evident with FICI of 0.187. Combination of MEGS and Ftuconazote did not have synergistic potential against mature biofitm growth, evidenced in FICI of 0.916. MIC of standard Ftuconazote was found to be 0.5 and >0.5 in biofitm development and mature biofilm respectively.
