红外热成像技术在桥梁钢结构涂装检测中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 由于传统的钢结构涂装检测方法无法判断涂层内部是否有缺陷,且部分方法属于破坏性检测,提出采用主动式红外热成像技术对桥梁钢结构涂装进行检测的方法。制作4块预制缺陷的钢结构涂装试板,采用红外热成像技术进行试板涂装检测,根据红外图像的颜色分析缺陷的位置和大小;在试板涂装红外检测的基础上,进行现役桥梁钢结构焊缝涂装红外热成像检测。结果表明:红外热成像技术可有效进行钢结构涂装质量的表征;能准确判断出涂装试板是否有缺陷及缺陷位置;可准确检测出现役桥梁钢结构涂装中肉眼可见涂装缺陷的形式和位置,无缺陷区域不误判,并可检测出目视不可见借助放大镜等可发现的缺陷。 The traditional methods to inspect steel structure coatings cannot determine if there are damages inside the coatings,some methods are even destructive.In this case,an active infrared thermal imaging technology to inspect the steel structure coatings of bridges was proposed.Four pieces of steel structure coating samples with defects were made,and the infrared thermal imaging technology was used to inspect the defects in the samples,and the location and dimension of the defects can be judged according to the colors of the infrared images.Based on the infrared inspections of the samples,the welding coatings of steel structures of an existing bridge were inspected by the infrared thermal imaging method.The results show that the infrared thermal imaging technology can effectively reveal the quality of the steel structure coatings,exactly identify if there are defects and the locations,and accurately determine the pattern and location of the defects in the coatings of steel structures of existing bridges that can be seen by naked eyes.It won′t mistakenly detect the areas without defects,and is able to check out the defects that are beyond the ability of human eyes and should be seen with the aid of magnifiers.
