摘要
燃煤电站锅炉在燃用高钠煤时会产生严重的沾污问题,本文研究了3个煤种在热解及燃烧过程中的钠迁移特性,并结合电站锅炉沾污样品的XRD测试分析结果,论述了燃用高钠煤锅炉发生沾污问题的过程及原理。在以上研究基础上,本文提出一种“热解+燃烧”的新工艺路线,可解决纯烧高钠煤的锅炉在运行中的沾污问题。
Coal-fired power station suffer serious fouling problems when burning high sodium coals. In this paper, the sodium migration characteristics of three different coals during pyrolysis and combustion are investigated. The fouling process and mechanism in high sodium coal-fired boilers are discussed based on the XRD analysis results of fouling samples. Furthermore, a new process of “pyrolysis + combustion” is proposed to effectively solve the fouling problems of high sodium coal-fired boilers in operation.
