摘要 本文介绍了苗尾水电站350MW水轮机座环的结构,叙述座环工地加工工艺,对座环现场加工过程中出现的问题进行了较为详细的介绍,就大体积混凝土浇筑后水泥水化反应放热等因素对水轮机座环相关尺寸的影响规律进行研究分析,为后续机组安装及同类型问题的分析处理提供参考和借鉴。 This paper introduces the structure and processing technology on-site of hydraulic turbine stay ring for Miaowei hydraulic power station, describes the difficult and important problems encountered in the process of processing on-site in detail, researches and analyzes the influence law of the key dimensions of stay ring from the influencing factors such as lots of hydration heat from the cement hardening after the completion of the mass concrete casting, provided some reference for the follow-up unit installation and the analysis of similar problems.
