摘要
风机在煤矿生产中有保障安全的重要作用,而GAF轴流风机是目前较通用的风机,对其主要参数的监测工况还存在进一步优化的空间。通过对轴流式风机机械结构进行分析,研究风机监测数据、工况数据处理和分类数据库存储方法以及现场数据库的建立,结合风机实际工况,确定各类型监测装置和数据处理方式,实现对GAF轴流风机监测工况的优化。
Fans play an important role in ensuring safety in coal mine production. GAF axial fans are currently more versatile, and there is still room for further optimization of monitoring conditions for their main parameters. Through the analysis of the mechanical structure of the axial flow fan, the wind turbine monitoring data, the working condition data processing and the classification database storage method and the establishment of the on-site database are studied. Combined with the actual working conditions of the fan, various types of monitoring devices and data processing methods are determined to realize the Optimization of GAF axial fan monitoring conditions.
