摘要
通过生产工艺调整和助剂配方优化,在神华宁煤50万t/a Novolen聚丙烯装置上,采用氢调法成功开发出了高熔薄壁注塑聚丙烯产品新产品1040TE。该产品在聚合过程中添加了少了的乙烯,以提高产品性能。测试了产品的基本物理性能,并进行了市场推广应用。结果表明,产品熔体质量流动速率为58~62 g/10min,冲击强度大于2.0 kJ/m^2,弯曲模量大于1 600 MPa,雾度小于60%,产品质量稳定,各项性能达到指标要求,市场应用反馈良好,满足薄壁注塑产品使用要求。提升了产品附加值,为企业创造了经济效益。
Through the production process adjustment and optimization of additive formulation,a new product of high-melting and thin-wall injection molded polypropylene product 1040TE was successfully developed on the Shenhua Ning coal 500 kt/a Novolen polypropylene plant by hydrogen modulation method.The product had used less ethylene to the polymerization process to improve product performance.The basic physical properties of the product were tested and promoted to the market.The results show that the melt flow rate of the product is 58~62 g/10min,the impact strength is more than 2.0 kJ/m^2,the flexural modulus is more than 1 600 MPa,the haze is less than 60%,the product quality is stable,the performance satisfies the index requirements,and the market application feedback is good.The requirements of thin-wall injection molding products were achieved.The additional value of products are promoted,and it has created economic benefits for the company.
