摘要
本文用毛细管流变仪研究了聚丙烯(PP)树脂和15%玻纤增强PP体系的流变行为,通过测定两个体系的非牛顿指数、稠度和黏流活化能,结合挤出物的表面形态,分析玻纤增强对PP流动性能的影响。指出提高熔体温度和增大剪切速率都可以改善玻纤增强PP的流动性,减少挤出物表面浮纤。
In this paper,the viscosity behavior of polypropylene and 15%glass fiber reinforced polypropylene were investigated by using a capillary rheometer.The influence of glass fiber on the flow property of polypropylene was analyzed by measuring the non-newtonian index,viscosity,viscosity-flow activation energy and the surface morphology of the extrudates of these two systems.The study results show that raising the melt temperature and increasing shearing rate can effectively improve the flow property of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene and reduce the glass emergence on the surface.
