摘要 采用引发剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、马来酸酐(MAH)对PVC/ABS/木粉体系进行原位增容,研究了木粉含量对PVC/ABS合金材料的力学性能影响。结果表明,随着木粉含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、冲击强度有所下降,弯曲强度先增加后减少;DCP、MAH的加入可有效提高复合材料的综合力学性能。当木粉用量30份,MAH用量1.5份,DCP用量0.3份时,PVC/ABS木塑复合材料的拉伸强度达到45.6 MPa,弯曲强度为89 MPa,无缺口冲击强度为14.6 kJ/m^2,缺口冲击强度为3.2 kJ/m^2。 The effect of wood powder contents on the mechanical properties of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)alloy materials was studied.The initiator diisopropyl peroxide(DCP)and the maleic anhydride were used to increase the capacity of PVC/ABS and wood powder.The results show that the tensile strength,elongation at break and impact strength of the composites could decrease with the increase of wood powder contents,and the bending strength first increases and then decreases.DCP and maleic anhydride can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the composites.When the addition of wood powder is 30 phr,maleic anhyde is 1.5 phr and DCP is 0.3 phr,the tensile strength of PVC/ABS WPC could reach 45.6 MPa,the bending strength is 89 MPa,the no notch impact strength is 14.6 kJ/m^2,and the notch impact strength is 3.2 kJ/m^2.
