相容剂增容改性对ABS/PLA合金及其结构性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 分别采用乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三嵌段共聚物(EBA-GMA)与氢化(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)-马来酸酐共聚物(SEBS-MAH)两种相容剂对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯/聚乳酸(ABS/PLA)共混体系进行增容改性。通过微观形貌分析(SEM)、热性能分析(DSC)、热变形温度分析和力学性能测试分析等手段来研究相容剂对ABS/PLA合金的微观结构和性能的影响。结果表明,加入相容剂EBA-GMA、SEBS-MAH后,ABS/PLA合金的相界面模糊,玻璃化转变温度、热变形温度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、冲击强度均有所提升,且加入相容剂SEBS-MAH的提升更明显,表明相容剂有效改善了ABS与PLA的相容性,SEBS-MAH的增容效果更好。 Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene/poly(lactic acid)(ABS/PLA)blends were compatibilized by ethylene-butyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate triblock copolymer(EBA-GMA)and hydrogenated styrene-styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer(SEBS-MAH).The effects of compatibilizer on the microstructure and properties of ABS/PLA alloy were investigated by means of micromorphology analysis(SEM),thermal performance analysis(DSC),thermal deformation temperature analysis and mechanical property testing.The results show that after adding the compatibilizers of EBA-GMA and SEBS-MAH,the phase interface of ABS/PLA alloy is blurred,and the glass transition temperature,heat distortion temperature,tensile strength,elongation at break and impact strength are improved.The compatibilizer SEBS-MAH improves the compatibility obviously,which shows the compatibilizer could improve the compatibility between ABS and PLA,and the compatibilizing effect of SEBS-MAH is better.
