摘要
目的观察电针对急性脑梗死患者脑血流动力学及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)的影响。方法将60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予血栓通注射液及其他常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用电针治疗,共治疗2周。治疗前后比较两组NIHSS评分及Fugl-Meyer运动功能(FMA)评分以及脑血流动力学指标及血清bFGF、IGF-1水平变化。结果两组治疗后NIHSS评分、FMA评分、脑血流动力学各项指标(Qm、Vm、Rv、DR)及bFGF、IGF-1水平与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后NIHSS评分、FMA评分、脑血流动力学各项指标及bFGF、IGF-1水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针配合血栓通注射液治疗能有效提高ACI患者血清bFGF、IGF-1表达水平,改善患者神经功能及脑血流动力学。
Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on cerebral haemodynamics,and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomized to treatment and control groups,30 cases each. The control group received Xueshuantong injection and other conventional treatments and the treatment group, electroacupuncture in addition,for a total of two weeks.The NIHSS scores,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) scores, cerebral hemodynamic parameters,and serum bFGF and IGF-1 levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the NIHSS score, the FMA score,cerebral hemodynamic parameters (Qm,Vm,Rv and DR),and bFGF and IGF-1 levels in the two groups (P<0.05).There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the NIHSS score,the FMA score, cerebral hemodynamic parameters,and bFGF and IGF-1 levels between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus Xueshuantong injection can effectively increase serum bFGF and IGF-1 levels and improve neural functions and cerebral haemodynamics in ACI patients.
