针药并用对早期2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗指数的影响

Effect of Acupuncture plus Medication on Insulin Resistance Index in Early-stage Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的观察针药并用对早期2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及胰岛素抵抗指数的影响。方法将100例早期2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用糖尿病常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分、体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、各项血糖和血脂指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]及各项胰岛素功能指标[空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)]的变化情况。结果两组治疗后中医证候积分、BMI、WHR、各项血糖和血脂指标及各项胰岛素功能指标与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医证候积分、BMI、WHR、各项血糖和血脂指标及各项胰岛素功能指标与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用能够有效控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂水平,降低胰岛素抵抗,提高胰岛β细胞功能。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture plus medication on the control of blood glucose and insulin resistance index (IRI) in early-stage type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients.Method One hundred early-stage T2DM patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional treatment for diabetes,while the treatment group was additionally given acupuncture intervention.The following indexes were observed before and after treatment in the two groups: Chinese medicine symptom score,body mass index (BMI),waist-hip ratio (WHR),blood glucose and blood lipid parameters including fasting plasma glucose (FPG),total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),and insulin function indexes including fasting insulin (FINS),homeostasis model assessment of β cell function (HOMA-β) and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR).Result After treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom score,BMI,WHR,and the indexes of blood glucose,blood lipid and insulin function changed significantly in the two groups (P<0.05).After treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom score,BMI,WHR,and the indexes of blood glucose,blood lipid and insulin function in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus medication can effectively control the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid,down-regulate insulin resistance,and enhance the function of pancreatic β cell.
