摘要
研究了一种新型的纵弯复合单驱动足超声波电动机,并设计了压电振子的极化方向和电路连接。对纵弯复合单驱动足超声波电动机的10个结构参数进行了灵敏度分析,得到不同参数对电机的纵振模态、弯振模态以及频率差值的影响,并进行了纵弯简并,得到了优化后的结构参数。
A single driving foot ultrasonic motor using longitudinal-bending modal was studied,the poling direction and circuit connection of the piezoelectric vibrator were designed.The sensitivity analysis of the ten structure parameters of the single driving foot ultrasonic motor using longitudinal bending modal was carried out.The impacts of different parameters on the longitudinal vibration mode,bending vibration mode and frequency difference of the motor were obtained.The longitudinal mode and the bending mode were merged,and structural parameters were optimized.
