摘要
基于一台无槽圆筒型永磁同步直线电动机,开展扰动抑制方法的研究。为了提高分析与仿真的准确度,考虑三相电感的均值不对称性,推导了新的电机模型。提出了一种新型的扰动抑制结构,综合考虑扰动类型与电机系统实际控制过程,研究了该新结构的实现效果。将该结构进行了拆分,分别研究了拆分后两个子结构的扰动抑制效果,从而进一步说明新结构的控制特性与可行性。在一台圆筒型永磁同步直线电动机上进行了实验,测试了整个系统的性能,并与常规方法进行对比,验证了该新型结构的有效性。
Based on a slot-less tubular permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(TPMSLM),the disturbance suppression method was studied.To improve the accuracy of analysis and simulation,a novel model,which takes the asymmetry of the three-phase inductance into account,was derived.A new disturbance suppression structure was introduced.Considering cases of the disturbance and the actual control process of the motor system,the effects of the new structure were studied.The structure was split and the disturbance suppression effects of the two sub-structures were studied respectively,which further illustrated the control characteristics and feasibility of the introduced structure.Experiments were carried out on a TPMSLM.The performance of the whole system was tested and compared with the conventional method.The effectiveness of the new structure was verified.
