Historical Evolution and Practical Revelation of the Inner-Party Supervision System Since the Past 70 Years after the Founding of the PRC

中国共产党自成立伊始就善于将马克思主义权力监督理论与中国发展实际相结合,将党内监督作为党的建设重要内容,不断推进党内政治生活实践。新中国成立以来,党内监督在汲取民主革命时期历史经验基础上继续向前发展。经历了曲折发展、全面建设以及战略提升三个阶段,形成了格局明确的监督体系。在梳理党内监督70年发展历程基础上总结发展成效,有助于解答当前党内对“一把手”监督疲软、民主监督流于形式、监督制度无法落实等发展难题,助力未来党内监督体系服务好新时代党的建设与国家发展。

Since founded, the CPC has been good at combining the Marxist theory of power supervision with the reality of China’s development, taking the inner-party supervision as an important part of the Party build ing, and constantly promoting practice in inner-party political activities. Based on the experience of inner-party supervision during the period of democratic revolution, the inner-party supervision after the founding of the PRC has experienced three development stages: tortuous development, comprehensive construction, and strate gic promotion, and has formed a supervision system with a clear pattern. With summing up the development achievements of the inner-party supervision system in the past 70 years, it will be helpful to solve development puzzles such as the weakness of supervising“ top leader”within the party, the formalism of democratic supervi sion, and the inability to implement the supervision system, and will help the inner-party supervision system to serve the Party building and China’sdevelopment better in the New Era in the future.
