摘要 受限于矿石性质变化频繁,浮选过程操作具有不确定性,导致精矿品位不稳定,回收率不理想。为了提升浮选精矿品位和回收率的稳定性,设计并开发了包括基于泡沫特征的单机产率稳定控制及基于品位指标的流程产率优化控制在内的浮选流程智能控制系统。通过在国内某选厂的实际应用,验证了该浮选流程智能控制系统的有效性。 Due to the frequent changes in ore properties and the uncertainty of flotation process operation, resulting in unstable concentrate grade and unsatisfactory recovery. In order to improve the stability of concentrate grade and recovery, an intelligent control system of flotation process was designed and developed, which including the single- machine yield stability control based on foam characteristics and the optimized yield control based on grade index. The effectiveness of the intelligent control system of flotation process is verified by a practical application in a flotation plant in domestic.
