摘要 城门山铜矿地处江西九江市城门乡,供排水系统作为矿山重要生产设施,扮演着重要的角色。目前该矿山采用有人值守,就地操作的方式实现各泵站的运行。为满足城门山铜矿智能化矿山的建设要求,实现“无人化”和“少人化”的建设目标,城门山铜矿拟建设露天矿山无人值守泵站,实现泵站的数据采集、自动控制、远程操控、集中监控、自动诊断等功能,减少人工成本投入,提高设备运行效率。 Chengmenshan Copper Mine is located in Chengmen township of Jiujiang city in Jiangxi Province. As the important production facility, the water supply and drainage system plays an important role for the mine. At present, the mine implements operations of each pumping station by operators on duty for local operating. In order to meet the requirements of the intelligent construction and achieve the goal of “unmanned” and “less people” in Chengmenshan Copper Mine, it’s planning to design an unattended pumping station system for open-pit mine to realize data acquisition, automatic control, remote control, centralized monitoring, automatic diagnosis and other functions of the pump station, and thus reduces labor costs investment and improves equipment working efficiency.
