Application of On-line Monitoring of Tailing Reservoir in Chengmenshan Cpper Mine

尾矿库是有色金属矿山安全的一个重大危险源,本文主要叙述了高新技术和信息科技在智能化矿山领域的发展及其在城门山铜矿刘家沟尾矿库的应用,包括在线监测系统的数据采集和发布软件的配置情况、设备故障诊断与状态监测预警值的设定等,系统试运行结果表明,尾矿库在线监测系统能够为矿山安全生产提供有意义的指导。

Tailings reservoir is a major dangerous source for the safety of non-ferrous metal mines. This paper mainly describes the development of high-tech and information technology in the field of intelligent mines and its application in Liujiagou tailings reservoir of Chengmenshan Copper Mine, which including the configuration of data acquisition and distribution software of online monitoring system, equipment fault diagnosis and setting of state monitoring and early warning value, and the results of system trial operation. The results show that the on-line monitoring system of tailings reservoir can provide meaningful guidance for mine safety production.
