Systematical Design of Wireless Private Network in Open–pit Mine

摘要 城门山铜矿地处江西九江市城门乡,矿区地形复杂,随着采矿剥离作业的不断推进,建设庞大的有线网络覆盖费时耗资金。为满足矿区生产管控的通讯需求,城门山铜矿拟打造一张宽带无线专用网络与现有的无线语音集群调度系统、有线网络深度融合,实现可视化指挥调度、视频监控、卡调业务承载、生产辅助管控等功能,提高生产效率、降低生产成本。 Located in Chengmen township of Jiujiang city in Jiangxi province, the mining area of Chengmenshan Copper Mine has a complex terrain. With the continuous progress of mining stripping, the construction of huge cable network coverage is time-consuming and costly. Aimed at meeting the mining area’s comprehensive demands for communication in production control, Chengmenshan Copper Mine plans to create a broadband wireless private network and deeply combining with the existing wireless trunked dispatch voice system and wired network, to realize visual command and scheduling, video monitoring, truck dispatch bearer service, and auxiliary control in production etc., thus improving the productive efficiency while cutting down the cost.
