某选铜尾矿工艺矿物学及选矿试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental Study on Process Mineralogy Analysis and Mineral Processing of a Certain Copper Tailings

摘要 为查明某选铜尾矿中铜、金、银损失的原因,对铜尾一次分级沉砂样品进行了详细的工艺矿物学分析。分析结果表明,铜矿物主要为黄铜矿,主要与黄铁矿及脉石矿物形成连生体,嵌布粒度为 0.01 ~ 0.2mm;金银矿物主要为自然金、银金矿及金银矿等金银互化物,少量碲银矿及含银贺硫铋铜矿等,主要以包裹态存在于黄铁矿、黄铜矿及脉石矿物中,金矿物嵌布粒度大部分小于 0.01mm,属微粒金,银矿物嵌布粒度为0.001 ~ 0.02mm。在工艺矿物学分析基础上,制定了“分级-再磨-浮选”工艺,在优化工艺条件基础上开展闭路试验,获得了铜品位和回收率分别为 8.73%和 40.34%的低品位铜精矿,金银回收率分别为 7.10%和18.07%。 In order to find out the cause of the loss of copper, gold and silver in a certain copper tailings, a detailed process mineralogical analysis was carried out for the primary classification underflow samples of copper tailings. The analysis results show that the main copper mineral is chalcopyrite, which is mainly associated with pyrite and gangue minerals and with the size of 0.01-0.2 mm. Gold and silver minerals are mainly gold-silver intermetallic such as native gold, electrum and kustelite, and with a small amount of hessite and silver-containing hodrushite. Gold and silver minerals are mainly included in pyrite, chalcopyrite and gangue minerals. The particle size of gold minerals is mostly less than 0.01 mm, and the particle size of silver minerals is mostly 0.001-0.02 mm. On the basis of process mineralogy analysis, a "classification-regrinding-flotation" process was developed, and closed-circuit tests were carried out on the basis of optimized process conditions. A low-grade copper concentrate with copper grade of 8.73% and recovery rate of 40.34% was obtained, and the recovery rate of gold and silver was 7.10% and 18.07% respectively.
