电动(SCR/VFD)钻机司钻房控制电压配置研究

摘要 简要介绍了电动(SCR/VFD)钻机司钻房控制电压常规配置模式;指出了此种配法优缺点;论述了低电压运行时引起通讯故障的最可能原因;分析了低电压产生的原因和作用过程。给出了应对低电压的临时措施根本措施。 This paper briefly introduces the general configuration of control voltage for drillers’ cabin of electric control drilling rig (SCR/VFD), put out the advantages and disadvantages of this configuration, discusses the most probable cause of communication failure under low voltage operation, and analyses the cause of low voltage and its process. It also put forward some measures to deal with low voltage.
