简要介绍了直流钻机所指以及6RA80特点;给出了他励、串励电机的常规简化控制结构图,论述了钻机对电控系统的主要要求,着重讨论了串励电机速度反馈信号的获取方法以及6RA80中实现的步骤和要求,指出了应用时内部数据的显示、传输的格式和运算时需要特殊处理的环节。
Briefly introduces the definition of DC drilling rig and the characteristics of 6RA80, gives the conventional simplified control structure diagram of series excited motor and separately excited motor, discusses the main aspects of requirements for drilling rig electric control system, the acquisition method of speed feedback signal of series excited motor and requirements of 6RA80 application. Finally it put forward the special requirements of internal data display, transmission format and matters needing attention to calculation.
