百万机组制粉系统冷一次风门及混合风门回路改造

摘要 本文以某发电厂2*1000MW机组为例,介绍制粉系统控制策略、冷一次风门及混合风门的工作原理和故障现象,结合设备日常维护特点及机组运行经济性,进行风门的控制回路改造,提高了机组运行的稳定性,取得了良好的效果,回路优化效果比较理想。 Combining with the ultra supercritical unit of a power plant, this paper analyses the regulation effect of the coordinated control circuit of the unit under different working conditions, introduces the control strategy and logical relationship of CCS, and carries out long-term analysis and investigation on the problems existing in the project, and combines the trend and law of the related parameters when the unit is lifting and lowering load to explore and test, and finally determines the coordinated control strategy. Optimize the scheme. The control logic framework of the unit is improved and optimized during the period of maintenance. After the unit is started, the PID parameters and feed-forward correction coefficients are adjusted according to the online test results under different working conditions. The optimal parameters are selected and determined through the long-term online test of the unit. The main steam pressure and temperature of the unit are regulated steadily under AGC mode and load-lifting conditions, and the effect of loop optimization is ideal.
