摘要 该简易风洞控制系统采用内径为40mm的透明亚克力有机玻璃圆管,以ATmega328P作为主控芯片,VLX503激光测距模块对小球的位置进行检测,并实时反馈数字信号送至单片机进行处理。单片机与反馈的数字量进行比较调节输出占空比,通过TB6612驱动直流空心杯风机进行PWM调速。单片机输出占空比受数字PID影响形成闭环控制,从而实现小球在风洞中的位置控制,同时在USARTHMI触摸屏上实时显示系统控制模式、小球位置和悬浮时间,从而精准完成全部设计要求,并依据不同环境,对小球的任意位置进行控制。 The simple wind tunnel control system uses transparent acrylic plexiglass tube with inner diameter of 40 mm, ATmega 328P as the main control chip, VLX503 laser ranging module to detect the position of the ball, and real-time feedback digital signal is sent to the single chip for processing. The output duty cycle is adjusted by comparing the MCU with the feedback digital quantity, and the DC hollow cup fan is driven by TB6612 to adjust the PWM speed. The output duty cycle of MCU is closed-loop controlled by the influence of digital PID, so as to realize the position control of the ball in the wind tunnel. At the same time, the control mode, the position of the ball and the suspension time of the system are displayed on the USART HMI touch screen in real time, so that all the design requirements can be accurately fulfilled. According to different environments, any position of the ball can be carried out. Control.
