低压母线桥系统结构优化设计

摘要 大电流低压母线桥在其工作的过程中,稳定性是个大问题,主要就是噪声和振动及其导致的一系列其它问题。本文从低压母线桥系统的结构方面入手建立几种模型,分析了系统电磁力、声场等导致噪声产生的原因,提出几种改进设计方案,该方案中对问题的几种分析和改进,在实际的设计工作中具有重要参考意义。 The stability of high current and low voltage bus bridge is a big problem in its working process, which is mainly caused by noise and vibration and a series of other problems. Starting from the structure of low-voltage bus bridge system, this paper establishes several models, analyses the causes of noise caused by electromagnetic force and sound field of the system, and puts forward several improved design schemes. The analysis and improvement of several problems in the scheme have important reference significance in practical design work.
