伴生小麦对黄瓜抗坏血酸-谷胱甘肽循环及产量的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Companion Cropping With Wheat on Ascorbate-Glutathione Cycle and Yield of Cucumber

摘要 以黄瓜品种“津早1号”为试材,采用田间试验的方法,研究了伴生小麦对黄瓜叶片抗坏血酸-谷胱甘肽(AsA-GSH)循环相关生理指标和产量的影响,以期为小麦与黄瓜伴生栽培模式的应用提供参考依据。结果表明:当第4片叶叶龄为50、60、70 d时,伴生小麦处理的黄瓜叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量均低于单作处理,而伴生处理的还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量、GSH/氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)均高于单作处理。另外,伴生处理各取样时期的抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、单脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(MDHAR)、脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(DHAR)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性都高于单作处理,而伴生处理抗坏血酸(AsA)的含量仅在40、60、70 d时显著高于单作处理。总之,伴生小麦栽培模式在一定程度上增强了黄瓜叶片的抗坏血酸-谷胱甘肽循环,进而提高了黄瓜抗氧化能力。 Filed experiment was conducted to study the effects of companion cropping with wheat on ascorbate-glutathione cycle and yield of cucumber,which could provide theoretical basis for the application of wheat as companion crop with cucumber.The results showed that the MDA content of cucumber fourth leaf was lower in the treatment of companion cropping with wheat than that in monoculture at 50,60 days and 70 days.However,a reverse trend was observed in the indicators of GSH and GSH/GSSG in the treatment of companion cropping with wheat at the same sampling time.Moreover,companion cropping with wheat promoted the activities of APX,MDHAR,DHAR and GR of cucumber leaf at all sampling time relative to monoculture.In addition,the content of AsA in the treatment of companion cropping with wheat was significantly increased at 40,60 days and 70 days compared with the monoculture.In conclusion,the model of companion cropping with wheat could enhance the ascorbate-glutathione cycle in cucumber leaves to some extent,and thus improve the abilities of defensing oxidation in cucumber.
