摘要
以蝴蝶兰50个栽培种为试材,对其不同生长时期的生长性状指标(叶长、叶宽、根数、最大根长、植株重)进行测量分析,探讨蝴蝶兰的生长规律及其生长表型性状间的相关性,以期为蝴蝶兰的栽培和亲本选育提供参考依据。结果表明:1)在3.5寸杯质量和3.5寸杯增质量中,R60(小型花)的质量和增质量均是最小,分别为16.15 g和8.11 g;2W6(大型花)的质量和增质量均是最大,分别为48.69 g和38.07 g;二者差异显著。且这2个品种在3.5寸杯质量和3.5寸杯增质量中表现出来的大小与实际栽培中成熟的蝴蝶兰小型花和大型花植株大小相吻合。2)蝴蝶兰50个栽培品种的3.5寸杯质量变异系数均处于45%以下,品种遗传稳定性较好。3)2.5寸杯质量、3.5寸杯叶长和3.5寸杯叶宽这3个性状对蝴蝶兰的生长性能影响最大。在早期组培生根苗移栽大棚时可以通过1.5寸杯质量间接性地对蝴蝶兰的生长性能进行选择。
Taking 50 species of Phalaenopsis as experimental materials,their growth character indexes (leaf length,leaf width,root number,root maximum length,plant weight) of different periods of growth were measured and analysed.The correlation between growth regularity and phenotypic traits of Phalaenopsis was studied,providing reference for breeding and parent selection of Phalaenopsis.The results showed that,1)in the 3.5 inch cup weight and 3.5 inch cup gain in weight,the weight and the gain in weight of R60 (mini flower) were the smallest,they were 16.15 g and 8.11 g,respectively;the weight and the gain in weight of 2W6 (large flower) were the largest,they were 48.69 g and 38.07 g,respectively;they were significantly different.And the size of the two varieties in the 3.5 inch cup weight and the 3.5 inch cup gain in weight was consistent with the size of the small and large flower plants of the mature Phalaenopsis in the actual cultivation.2)The weight variation coefficient of the 3.5 inch cup was below 45%of 50 cultivars of Phalaenopsis,the genetic stability of varieties were good.3)The 3 characters of 2.5 inch cup weight,3.5 inch cup leaf length and 3.5 inch cup leaf width had the greatest impact on the growth performance of Phalaenopsis.The growth performance of Phalaenopsis could be selected by 1.5 inch cup weight in the early stage of tissue culture and transplanting in greenhouse.
