摘要
介绍强制电流阴极保护远程监测系统(简称远程监测系统)的设备安装方式、采集对象、系统流程,将人工抄录数据作为基础,分析远程监测系统监测数据(简称监测数据)的有效性。远程监测系统的设备安装方式可采用地面安装、地下安装。远程监测装置主要由监测装置、发射接收装置(自带锂电池、SIM卡)组成,可以实现保护电位的自动采集和发送,以及接收由监控中心发送来的高低电位报警限值。通过接线盒等装置,还可实现对保护电位的人工抄录。监测数据与人工抄录数据的相对误差范围为-0. 91%~1. 77%,监测数据精度理想。
The equipment installation method,collection objects and system process of forced current cathodic protection remote monitoring system( referred to as remote monitoring system) are introduced. Based on the manual transcription data,the validity of monitoring data of the remote monitoring system( referred to as monitoring data) is analyzed. The equipment installation method of the remote monitoring system can be ground installation and underground installation. The remote monitoring equipment consists of monitoring device,transmitting and receiving device( with lithium battery and SIM card),which can realize the automatic acquisition and transmission of protection potentials and the reception of high and low potential alarm limit values sent by the monitoring center. Manual transcription of protective potentials can also be achieved by means such as junction box. The relative error range between the monitoring data and the manual transcription data is-0. 91% to 1. 77%,and the accuracy of monitoring data is ideal.
