摘要
文章以暴马丁香种子为试验材料,研究了不同赤霉素浓度(100 mg·L^-1、200 mg·L^-1、和400 mg·L^-1)和浸泡时间(12 h、24 h和48h)及两者的交互作用对暴马丁香种子萌发的影响。结果表明,赤霉素浓度和浸泡时间对暴马丁香种子的发芽势和发芽率均有显著影响,以赤霉素浓度为200 mg·L^-1、浸泡时间为24 h时,暴马丁香种子的发芽势和发芽率最高,分别为49.33%和67.67%。赤霉素浓度和浸泡时间之间存在着显著的交互作用,不同浸泡时间下,赤霉素浓度对暴马丁香种子的发芽势和发芽率的影响程度不同。
The effects of different concentrations of GA3 (100 mg·L^-1,200 mg·L^-1, 400 mg·L^-1), different soaking time (12h 、24h 和 48h) and their interaction on the germination of Syringa reticulate seeds were investigated.Results showed that the influences of GA3 concentration and soaking time are all significant to their germination energy and germination percentage.When GA3 concentration was 200 mg·L^-1 and the soaking time was 24 h, best germination energy and germination percentage was obtained, 49.33% and 67.67% respectively.There was significant interaction between GA3 concentration and soaking time, indicating that with different soaking time, the concentration of GA3 has different effects on the germination energy and germination rates.
