摘要
文章以‘夏黑’葡萄为试材,研究了不同质量浓度ABA、GA3处理对‘夏黑’葡萄果实品质的影响。研究表明,100 g·L^-1 ABA处理效果最佳,在最后一次测定中(8月31日),总糖含量比对照提高30.28%,总酸和单宁含量分别比对照降低40.82%、38.09%。结果表明,100 g·L^-1 ABA能显著提高‘夏黑’葡萄果实品质。
The effects of ABA and GA3 treatment on the fruit quality of “summer black” grape was studied in this paper with “summer black” grape as test material.The results showed that ABA treatment of g·L^-1 was the best, and in the last determination (August 31), total sugar content was increased by 30.28%, and total acid and tannin content were 40.82% and 38.09% lower than the control respectively.The results showed that 100 g·L^-1 ABA could significantly improve the quality of “summer black” grapes.
