河南省水污染自动监控地理信息系统设计 被引量:2

Design of Geographic Information System for Water Pollution Automatic Monitoring in Henan Province

摘要 近年来,随着河南省工业化、城市化的快速发展,多个流域的水污染源不断扩大,点源叠合面源的复杂污染现状导致污染量成几何式增长,现行的传统水污染监控措施已经难以为继.针对这种情况,本文基于B/S架构,主要利用ArcGIS平台、Skyline三维模拟平台、Oracle数据库管理系统以及ArcSDE空间数据库引擎,设计一种全新的河南省流域水污染自动监控系统.系统利用空间信息资源库集成并整合了省内各类环境地理空间信息,通过空间信息共享与服务子系统为各类环境管理业务提供地理信息服务.同时,系统也耦合了污染源与河流断面水质响应分析,以及流量调控模拟分析等核心模型.该系统能够准确、及时地反映全省环境质量、污染源最新现状及变化趋势,有力地提升流域水环境监管水平. Recently, with the rapid industrialization and urbanization, the polluted water sources have expanded in many basins of Henan province continually, and the quantity of water polluted has grown in the exponential rate due to the complex status of point source overlapped surface source pollutions.Therefore,the traditional technology and equipment used in water pollution monitoring system cannot work well and make the needs in current situation.To this problem, a new Geographic Information System(GIS) for water pollution automatic monitoring in Henan Province has been proposed in this paper. ArcGIS, Skyline 3 D simulation platform, Oracle database and ArcSDE spatial database engine have been used in this system based on the B/S architecture.Many kinds of spatial data are integrated into the spatial database,and the spatial services for various environmental management business are provided through the spatial sharing subsystem.Meanwhile, the response analysis and flow control simulation analysis of pollution sources and the quality of river sections are coupled in this system.This system can reflect the water quality and the variation of water pollution sources accurately, and improve the level of water environmental supervision in the basin effectively.
