开封的近代建筑类型丰富、风格独特,在河南近代建筑发展史中占有重要地位。通过对开封城区近代文物建筑进行全面梳理和分析研究,了解开封近代建筑的类型发展、风格演替和新结构、新技术、新材料的运用,及近代开封乃至河南传统建筑文化和西方建筑文化的交流和融合,总结分析了开封近代建筑的价值和地位,为其保护利用奠定基础。

The modern architecture in Kaifeng is rich in type and unique in style, and it plays an important role in the history of modern building development in Henan. Through a comprehensive sorting and analysis of the modern cultural relics buildings in Kaifeng City, this paper introduced the type development, style succession and the application of new materials of the modern architecture in Kaifeng. What's more, it also presented the exchange and integration of the traditional architectural culture of Kaifeng even Henan with the western architectural culture in modern times, with the value and status of modern architectures in Kaifeng summarized and analyzed, laying a foundation for its protection and utilization.
